Data residency

Your business data and your customers’ personal information never leave the European Union. Our infrastructure runs on EU West 1 servers, subject to European data protection law.

Payment security

All transactions are processed by Stripe and GoCardless, both PCI/DSS Level 1 certified. Card data never touches our servers, it goes directly to the payment processor.

Where is my data hosted?

All PayFacile data is hosted in the EU West 1 region (Ireland) on infrastructure operated by AWS. This applies to your account data, your customers’ data, and all generated content.

Is PayFacile GDPR compliant?

Yes. PayFacile is a European company subject to GDPR. We process personal data lawfully, collect only what is necessary, and give you and your customers full control over data access and deletion.

Can my customers request data deletion?

Yes. Under GDPR Article 17, your customers can request deletion of their personal data. You can process these requests directly from your PayFacile dashboard.

How are payments secured?

Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe and GoCardless, both PCI/DSS Level 1 certified. Card numbers never reach PayFacile servers. All connections use TLS 1.2+ with 2048-bit encryption.

Can I export all my data?

Yes. PayFacile supports full data portability. You can export your customers, orders, payments, and products at any time from your dashboard in standard formats (CSV, JSON).
